Are your candles made from 100% beeswax?

Yes. Our candles are hand-poured using 100% pure beeswax, sourced responsibly and free from paraffin, palm oil, or synthetic additives.

Do your candles contain fragrance?

No added fragrance. Beeswax has a subtle, naturally sweet aroma thanks to its floral nectar origin. No artificial scents or essential oils are added — ideal for scent-sensitive individuals.

Do beeswax candles clean the air?

They burn much cleaner than paraffin candles and produce minimal smoke. While claims about air purification through negative ions exist, there is currently no conclusive scientific evidence to support this. You can read more in our blog post here.

Are your products vegan-friendly?

Our beeswax products are not considered vegan, as beeswax is an animal-derived substance. However, we do use ethical sourcing practices and are exploring plant-based alternatives for future collections.

How long do your candles burn?

Beeswax burns longer and brighter than other waxes. A standard Nectar & Cane candle burns approximately 30–40% longer than a soy or paraffin equivalent.

Where do you source your beeswax?

We partner with trusted UK and European suppliers who follow sustainable and bee-friendly practices, avoiding mass-production or chemically treated wax.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. All our packaging is fully recyclable or compostable. We avoid plastic wherever possible and always opt for minimal, low-impact materials.

Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. We never test on animals — and never will.

Where do you ship?

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days across the UK.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer sustainable gift wrapping with handwritten notes on request — ideal for birthdays, thank-you gifts, or seasonal surprises.

Returns & Support

Can I return a product?
