Shipping Policy

At Nectar & Cane™, we aim to make your delivery and returns experience smooth, reliable, and in line with our eco-conscious values. Below are the key details on how your order is processed, shipped, and—if necessary—returned.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • We use trusted UK-based couriers to ensure timely delivery with minimal environmental impact.

UK Delivery

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders under £25: £2.99
  • Orders between £25–£49.99: £1.99
  • Orders over £50: Free standard shipping

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 working days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 working days (calculated at checkout)

We deliver to all UK regions, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and Islands. Please allow a little extra time for remote locations.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
However, plans are underway to expand into selected European countries.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
  • You must email us before returning any items

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened hygiene products (e.g. toothbrushes, soaps)
  • Perishables
  • Custom or made-to-order items (unless faulty)

Return Process:

  1. Email us at info@nectarandcane.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
  3. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
