Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g. special orders, personalised items)
- Personal care items (e.g. opened beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with our standard policy, your item must be:
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
